In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11R, PZ Cussons Plc (the "Company") announces that, following a previously announced leave of absence from the Board for personal reasons, Tamara Minick-Scokalo, Non-executive Director, has advised the Company that she will step down from the Board with effect from the Annual General Meeting on 26 November 2020 and will not stand for re-election. The Board is extremely sorry that circumstances mean Tamara is no longer able to continue in her role and will miss her valuable contributions. We wish her all the best for the future.
