Total Voting Rights Update
The CompanyĀ wishesĀ to notify the market of the following:-
The Company's issuedĀ shareĀ capital consists ofĀ 1,107,751,629Ā ordinary shares ofĀ 0.1Ā penceĀ each ("Ordinary Shares"), all with voting rights. No shares were held in treasury at the date of this announcement. The total number of current voting rights in the Company is thereforeĀ 1,107,751,629.
The above figure (1,107,751,629Ā Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company.
