Provexis plc (PXS.L), the life-science business that discovers, develops and licenses scientifically-proven functional food, medical food and dietary supplement technologies today announces that Jonathan Diggines is stepping down with immediate effect from his role as a Non-executive director of the Company.
Jonathan Diggines joined the Board as a Non-executive director on 24 April 2007.
