Provexis plc, the life-science business that discovers, develops and licenses scientifically-proven functional food, medical food and dietary supplement technologies, is pleased to announce the appointment ofΒ Steven MorrisonΒ to its board asΒ Chief Operating OfficerΒ with immediate effect.Β
Steven Neil Morrison (43) was most recently Global Project Leader with Ipsen Limited, the French pharmaceutical business and prior to that was Director, R&D Project Management with Shire Pharmaceutical Development Limited.
Mr Morrison is interested in 1,540,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each, representing 0.19 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.Β
There are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.Β
