Demerger Effective
Provexis is pleased to announce that all of the conditions relating to the separation of the Company's Science in Sport Business have been satisfied and the Demerger has today become effective.
Pursuant to the Demerger, the holders of ordinary shares in Provexis at 5.00 p.m. on 6 August 2013 will receive, for every one hundred ordinary shares held in Provexis, one new ordinary share in Science in Sport plc.
Admission to AIM and trading in Science in Sport plc ordinary shares under the ticker "SIS" is expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 9 August 2013.
CREST accounts will be credited with Science in Sport ordinary shares on 9 August 2013. Shareholders will be sent share certificates in respect of their certificated holdings in Science in Sport by 23 August 2013
Capitalised terms used in this announcement but not defined have the meanings given to them in the circular published by Provexis on 28 June 2013.
