The Board of Pinewood Shepperton plc (the "Company") announces today that the following options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares in the Company (the "Options") were granted under the Pinewood Shepperton plc Sharesave Scheme (the "Scheme") to the following 'persons discharging managerial responsibility' ("PDMRs") of the Company:
