The following amendment has been made to the 'Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated with them' released on 11 January 2019 at 09:20 under RNS No. 8781M.
The final RSUs upper limit vesting percentage under 'Nature of the transaction (section 4b)' has been changed from 100% to 200%.
All other details remain unchanged.
