PureCircle (LSE: PURE), the world's leading producer and marketer of high purity stevia ingredients has today been notified of the following purchase of shares from the open market by a Director.

The purchase was made indirectly through Wang Tak Company Limited (wholly owned company by Lee Hing Development Limited where Mr Tan Boon Seng is a substantial shareholder).
