Pure Wafer PLC17 April 2007 17 April 2007 PURE WAFER PLC ("Pure Wafer" or "the Company") Issue of Options Pure Wafer announces that pursuant to the Employee Share Option Plan, theCompany issued on 22 December 2006 63,457 Ordinary Shares of 2p each at theoption cost of 145p per share. The new shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 18 April 2007. As a result of this issue, the Company's capital consists of 26,591,182 OrdinaryShares with voting rights. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury and thereforethe total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is26,591,182.
