Trading Update

Pure Wafer plc, the provider of high quality silicon wafer reclaim services for many of the world's leading semiconductor manufacturers, is pleased to announce that, following the update on current trading released on 26 June 2012, which confirmed that trading at the Company's two facilities was at record levels of production, and based on unaudited management accounts for period 12 and for the year ended 30 June 2012, its results for the year are expected to exceed current market expectations with an expected reduced loss before tax resulting from an increase in EBITDA.

The preliminary results are expected to be released during week commencing 1 October 2012.
