Total Voting Rights
PeerTV (AIM:PTV), a provider of technology solutions for the OTT (TV over the internet) market and PCB (printed circuit board) production solutions, today announces that the Company's issued share capital at the date of this announcement consists of 609,082,327 ordinary shares of 0.05p each, of which 589,082,327 are currently admitted to trading on AIM and 20,000,000 are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM at 8am on 4 December 2014. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
The figures of 589,082,327 and 609,082,327 replace the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights announced on 19 November 2014 and 26 November 2014 respectively, which were incorrect. The number of new ordinary shares issued on both those dates was stated correctly.
The above figures may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
