Digitek Loan Note Holders Meeting

PeerTV plc (AIM:PTV), is pleased to announce that at the meeting of secured loan noteholders of its subsidiary Digitek SMT Assemblies Limited ("Digitek") convened yesterday, the resolution to restructure the loan notes as announced on 22 June 2015 was approved.

It was agreed that a further meeting of secured loan noteholders would be held in October 2015. Avi Vermus the CEO of Digitek, confirmed that the section (e) of the resolution would not affect the secured loan note holders' first charge over the assets of Digitek. "Purchase order financing" would grant the lender first rights over new components to be purchased and over new invoices to be created by Digitek. Such financing would assist Digitek to cover the working capital costs in completing new turnkey orders.
