("Peer TV" or the "Company")

Holding in Company

The Company was notified on 10 June 2015 that Speech Modules Holdings Limited ("SML") had disposed of its entire holding in Peer TV. The shares were issued to SML following the execution of the second collaboration agreement between SML and Peer TV announced on 16 April 2015.

Under the agreement, a trustee for the holding and selling of the shares received shares in PeerTV to the value of £200,000. SML agreed that it would not sell shares having a market value of more than £50,000 per month.

The Company is making enquiries of SML as to whether this disposal was in breach of these undertakings.
