PeerTV (AIM:PTV), a provider of technology solutions for the OTT (TV over the internet) market and PCB (printed circuit board) production solutions, today announces that the Company's issued share capital at the date of this announcement consists of 153,361,712 ordinary shares of 0.01p each, of which 144,028,379 are currently admitted to trading on AIM and 9,333,333 are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM at 8am on 10 April 2015. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
The above figures may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
