Persimmon Plc ("the Company") - Transfer of Shares held in Treasury
Persimmon Plc announces that on 26 March 2010 it transferred 35,335 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury to a participant in the Persimmon Plc 2006 Synergy Incentive Plan to satisfy the exercise of a nil cost option.
Following this transfer the Company holds 1,422,139 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in Treasury and the Company's issued share capital is 301,169,292 Ordinary Shares (excluding Treasury Shares).
