Persimmon Plc announces that onĀ 2Ā September 2008Ā it transferredĀ 8,258Ā Ordinary Shares held in TreasuryĀ to participantsĀ in the Persimmon PlcĀ Long Term Incentive PlanĀ to satisfy the exercise of optionsĀ at a price of Ā£7.465.Ā
Following this transfer the Company holdsĀ 2,505,026Ā OrdinaryĀ Shares of 10p each in Treasury and the Company's issued share capitalĀ isĀ 300,086,405Ā Ordinary Shares (excluding Treasury Shares).Ā
