Persimmon Plc announces that onΒ 26 OctoberΒ 2009Β it transferredΒ 168Β Ordinary Shares held in TreasuryΒ toΒ aΒ participant in theΒ Persimmon Plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme 1998 to satisfy the exercise ofΒ anΒ option at a price of Β£3.26.Β
Following this transfer the Company holdsΒ 2,155,299Β OrdinaryΒ Shares of 10p each in Treasury and the Company's issued share capitalΒ isΒ 300,436,132Β Ordinary Shares (excluding Treasury Shares).Β
