Persimmon PLC10 March 2008 DIRECTORS' INTERESTS IN SHARES "Director's Shareholdings Persimmon plc ("the Company") announces that on 7 March 2008 Mike Killoran,Director exercised a share option granted to him under the Company's 1998 SaveAs You Earn Scheme. Details are set out below: Name No. of shares Exercise Price M H Killoran 1,804 £5.25 Mike Killoran is retaining these shares and as a result is beneficiallyinterested in 490,981 ordinary shares of the Company representing 0.16% of theissued share capital (excluding Treasury Shares), and now holds options over275,291 ordinary shares granted under the Company's various share optionschemes. The Company also announces that on 10 March 2008 David Bryant, Director hasinformed the Company that he has transferred 990 ordinary shares to his wife MrsDaryl Bryant. As a result of these transactions Mr Bryant and his wife remaininterested in 512,945 shares or 0.17% of the issued share capital of the Company(excluding Treasury Shares).
