Directors' Shareholdings
Persimmon plc (the "Company") announces that on 17 March 2015 the Executive Directors detailed below exercised the following options over shares awarded to them under the Company's Bonus Share Scheme:

Following the Bonus Share Scheme option exercises set out above, Persimmon (Share Scheme Trustees) Limited holds 95,123 shares in the Company representing 0.03% of the issued share capital. These shares are held in an employee benefit trust for the Company's Bonus Share Scheme. Each of the Executive Directors of the Company is a potential participant under the Bonus Share Scheme and is therefore regarded as having a notional interest in these shares.
The issued share capital of the Company on 18 March 2015 was 306,525,495 ordinary shares.
