Persimmon Plc ("the Company") - Transfer of Shares held in Treasury
Persimmon Plc announces that on 20 April 2011 it transferred 4,608 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury to participants in the Persimmon Plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme 1998 to satisfy the exercise of options at £3.26.
Following this transfer the Company holds 1,407,444 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in Treasury and the Company's issued share capital is 301,183,987 Ordinary Shares (excluding Treasury Shares).
