In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Persimmon Plc announces that Nigel Mills, Senior Independent Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Greggs plc with effect from 7 March 2023.
The Company has been notified that Nigel Mills will be appointed Senior Independent Director of Greggs plc upon the conclusion of their next Annual General Meeting on 17 May 2023.
