In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Phoenix Spree Deutschland (LSE: PSDL.LN), the UK listed investment company specialising in German residential real estate, would like to notify the market of the following:
As at 31 March 2020, the Company has in issue 100,751,410 ordinary shares of which 3,475,000 are held in treasury.
For reporting purposes under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules the market should exclude any shares held in treasury and should use the figure of 97,276,410 voting rights when determining if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
