Share buyback programme update
Phoenix Spree Deutschland Limited (the "Company" or "PSDL") today announces that the Company is about to enter a close period ahead of the publication of its interim financial statements.
Pursuant to the share buyback authority granted by shareholders of the Company on 08 June 2021, the Company has appointed Numis Securities Limited to manage an irrevocable, non-discretionary share buyback programme until the date on which the Company's interim financial statements are published, which is expected to be on 24 September 2021. During this period, the Company and its directors have no power to invoke any changes to the programme and it is being done at the sole discretion of Numis Securities Limited.
