Blocklisting Application

Porvair plc, the specialist filtration and environmental technology group, announces that application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the blocklisting of 400,000 ordinary shares of 2p each.

The block admission relates to ordinary shares which will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the Porvair 2005 Unapproved Share Option Scheme and the Porvair Long Term Share Plan 2008. The shares are expected to be blocklisted on 24 June 2013.
