Completion of Share Repurchase Programme to neutralise 2024 Employee and Agent share scheme issuance

Prudential plc (the "Company") confirms that the share repurchase programme that was announced on 11 June 2024 and commenced on 12 June 2024 (the "Programme") has now completed.

Since the commencement of the Programme, the Company has repurchased 758,614 ordinary shares in aggregate at a volume weighted average price of 720.8428 pence per ordinary share for a total consideration of approximately £5,468,415.
