 Share Buy Back

Prime People plc (AIM:PRP) (the "Company") announces that under the authority granted by shareholders on 7 July 2009 it purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of the company on 7 June at a price of 68 pence. These shares are to be held in treasury. 

Following the share buyback the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 11,941,500 ordinary shares of which a total of 90,000 ordinary shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in Prime People is 11,851,500 ordinary shares. 

The above figure of 11,851,500 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Directors' Dealings 

Prime People plc (AIM:PRP) (the "Company") was informed that certain directors disclosed to the Company today that they have transferred ordinary shares of the Company to their spouses for nil consideration as described below:

Robert Macdonald, Chairman, transferred 800,000 ordinary Shares for nil consideration. There has been no change of beneficial ownership of the ordinary shares and Mr Macdonald's interest is unchanged following this transfer and stands at 2,480,000 ordinary Shares which represents approximately 20.9% of the Company's current issued share capital.

 Peter Moore, Managing Director, transferred 900,000 ordinary Shares for nil consideration. There has been no change of beneficial ownership of the ordinary shares and Mr Moore's interest is unchanged following this transfer and stands at 2,897,500 ordinary Shares which represents approximately 24.4% of the Company's current issued share capital.

Chris Heayberd, Finance Director, transferred 199,000 ordinary Shares for nil consideration. There has been no change of beneficial ownership of the ordinary shares and Mr Heayberd's interest is unchanged following this transfer and stands at 199,000 ordinary Shares which represents approximately 1.7% of the Company's current issued share capital.
