DIRECTOR'S DEALING

Proteome Sciences announces that it has received notification today from James Malthouse, an Executive Director of the Company, that 50,000 ordinary shares that were held in his late wife's name have been transferred for a nil consideration to his adult daughter. As a consequence of this, the shares no longer form part of his beneficial holdings as defined by the AIM rules.

James Malthouse now has an interest in 250,000 Ordinary Shares of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
