Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has received notification from Vulpes Life Sciences Fund ("Vulpes") that on 11 September 2018, it purchased 601,582 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 3.60p per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase"). Following the purchase, Vulpes has a total direct and indirect interest in 59,330,879 equivalent to 20.01% of Proteome Sciences' total issued share capital.
The Company would also like to announce that by virtue of Martin Diggle being a Director of both Vulpes Investment Management and the Company, he now has an interest in 59,330,879 Ordinary Shares of the Company representing 20.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The below notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
