Revised placing

With reference to the placing announced on 4 November 2011, application has been made for 23.6 million new ordinary shares of 1p each ("the Placing Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM ("the Revised Placing"). The Revised Placing will raise £295,000 and is in substitution for the previously announced amount of 25 million shares conditionally placed to raise £312,500.

Dealings in the Placing Shares are expected to commence on 16 November 2011 ("Admission"). Following Admission, there will be 52,576,581 ordinary shares in issue. The Company holds 232 ordinary shares as treasury shares. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 52,576,349. This number may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.

John Webber, a Director, has subscribed for 2.4 million shares in the Revised Placing.

Following the issue and allotment of the Placing Shares and Admission, the interests of the Directors and those shareholders who are interested, where known, in 3% or more of the issued share capital of the Company will be as follows:
