CSS Stellar PLC13 December 2005 CSS Stellar plc Holding in company 13 December 2005 CSS Stellar plc ("the Company") was informed on 9 December 2005 that FMRCorporation ("FMR") and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and FidelityInternational Limited ("FIL") and its direct and indirect subsidiaries have sold275,000 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company, being 0.95% of the totalvoting shares of the Company in issue. As a result of this sale, the aggregateholding of FMR, FIL and their direct and indirect subsidiaries in the Company is1,624,652 ordinary shares of 50p each, being 5.6% of the total voting shares inissue.
