Result of General Meeting
Total Voting Rights
The Board of Stellar Resources is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held earlier today, details of which were announced on 29 October 2013, all resolutions were duly passed. The Company has therefore issued and allotted 362,500,000 Conditional Placing Shares, conditional on admission of such shares to trading on AIM ("Admission") which is expected to be effective at 8.00 a.m. on 15 November 2013.
Following Admission, the Company's total issued ordinary share capital will comprise of 654,730,985 ordinary shares. The Company holds 232 ordinary shares as treasury shares. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 654,730,753. This number may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company following Admission.
