Premier Research Group19 October 2007 For Immediate Release 19 October 2007 PREMIER RESEARCH GROUP PLC Interim Dividend As per the Interim results statement released yesterday, the Company hasannounced the intention to pay an interim dividend of 0.5p per share. Thedividend will be payable by 27 November 2007 to ordinary shareholders on theCompany's register at the close of business on 7 November 2007. Accordingly the ex-dividend date is 5 November 2007.
