Premier Research Group19 October 2007 For Immediate Release 19 October 2007 This announcement replaces RNS announcement number 0002G released this morning. The dividend is payable by the 29 November and not the 27 November, the recorddate is 9 November and not the 7 November and the ex-dividend date is 7 Novemberand not the 5 November. PREMIER RESEARCH GROUP PLC Interim Dividend As per the Interim results statement released yesterday, the Company hasannounced the intention to pay an interim dividend of 0.5p per share. Thedividend will be payable by 29 November 2007 to ordinary shareholders on theCompany's register at the close of business on 9 November 2007. Accordingly the ex-dividend date is 7 November 2007. This proposal is in linewith the dividend policy stated in the Company's preliminary results for 2007which were announced on 17 April 2007.
