Director Disclosure
The Company announces in accordance with AIM Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies, that it has been informed today by Alan Wilson, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, that Rimor Limited and Willoughby (873) Limited, both private companies of which Mr Wilson is a Non-Executive Director, entered into administration on 30 March 2017. Willoughby (873) Limited is the holding company of Rimor Limited.
