The Company previously declared a dividend for the quarter endedΒ 31 DecemberΒ 2008Β of US$0.19Β per share payable onΒ 11 March 2009Β to holders on the register onΒ 20 FebruaryΒ 2009. For those shareholders who have elected to receive their dividend inΒ Sterling, theΒ dividend will beΒ 13.0809Β pence per share based upon an exchange rate ofΒ 1.4525.
