Prodesse Investment Limited15 August 2006 Prodesse Investment Limited EGM Requisition The Directors of Prodesse Investment Limited (the "Company") announce that theyhave received a notice from Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited on behalfof funds managed by Laxey Partners Limited requiring the Company to convene anextraordinary general meeting to consider resolutions concerning the removal offour of the five directors of the Company and the appointment of ChristopherJohn Agar, Colin William Kingsnorth, Andrew Pegge and Michael Andrew Haxby. The Board expects to send a notice convening an Extraordinary General Meeting toshareholders in due course and a further announcement will be made at that time.Shareholders need not take any action in the meantime.
