Publication of Circular
Further to the Company's announcement on 20 November 2009 giving notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") regarding the proposed winding-down of the activities of the Company, the Company announces that the circular convening the EGM (the "Circular") has been published and posted to shareholders today.
The EGM is to be held at 2.00 p.m. on Monday 21 December 2009 at BNP Paribas House, 1 St Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1WA.
A copy of the Circular has been submitted to the UKLA and will shortly be available for inspection at the UKLA's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at Financial Services Authority, 25 North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
