Prodesse Investment Limited is pleased to announce an Interim quarterly dividendpayment of 18 cents per share in respect of the period from 1 July 2005 to 30September 2005. The dividend payment will be made on 2 December 2005 to shareholders on theregister on 4 November 2005. The ex-dividend date will be 2 November 2005.
