The Company previously declared a dividend for the quarter endedΒ 31Β March 2008Β of US$0.22Β per share payable onΒ 6 JuneΒ 2008Β to holders on the register onΒ 23 MayΒ 2008. For those shareholders who have elected to receive their dividend in Sterling, theΒ dividend will beΒ 11.08815 pence per share based upon an exchange rate of 1.9841.
