Shareholder call

Pennpetro Energy plc, the company focused on developing strategic traditional and transition energy projects, announces a shareholder call with management on Wednesday 17th December 2025.

Shareholder call

Following two successful shareholder calls, a final call will be held on Wednesday 17th December at 18.30-19.30 UK time with Mavriky Kalugin and Richard Spinks updating shareholders on progress regarding Ukraine and answering any relevant questions. Richard Spinks, Chief Executive Officer of Pennpetro, said: "As a management team we have really enjoyed connecting with shareholders in recent weeks. I feel it is important that we are open and transparent around the work we are undertaking to support returning the Company to trading, along with business development activities. It is vitally important that we secure shareholder approval for the resolutions tabled that the upcoming General Meeting and I would encourage any shareholders who have relevant questions to take this opportunity to ask me personally about our plans."
