Public Policy Holding Company, Inc., the leading government relations, public affairs and strategic communications group, has been notified that on 23 April 2025 Mrs. Fiona Lee, a Person Closely Associated (spouse) with respect to Mr. Simon Lee, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 73,870 Common Shares at 133 pence each.

Following this transaction Fiona Lee holds 323,694 shares, representing approximately 0.26 percent of the issued capital of the Company.
