FTSE UK Index Series - PPHE Hotel Group(B1Z5FH8, FTSE SmallCap)

FTSE Russell has noted that the free float of PPHE Hotel Group (FTSE UK SmallCap) has decreased to below the minimum requirement for non-UK incorporated companies within the FTSE UK Index series.

FTSE Russell also notes the publication of the notice by PPHE Hotel Group on 17 May 2021 which expresses their commitment to satisfying the eligibility requirements for the FTSE UK Index series, by reviewing the available options open to the company to facilitate this objective.

Accordingly, FTSE Russell has determined to retain the company within the FTSE UK Index series for a period of up to 12 months whilst this review is underway to avoid unnecessary turnover within the FTSE UK Index series. PPHE Hotel Group will be required to satisfy the free float requirement (and all other inclusion criteria) as of the June 2022 review cut-off date on 31 May 2022.

For the avoidance of doubt, PPHE Hotel Group's continued inclusion within the FTSE UK Index series and associated indexes is contingent on continuing to satisfy all other inclusion criteria.
