In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rule 9.6.14, PPHE Hotel Group hereby gives notification that Stephanie Coxon, a non-executive director of PPHE Hotel Group, has been appointed as a non-executive director of International Public Partnerships Limited with effect from 1 January 2022.
