Board Changes

Plexus Holdings PLC, the AIM quoted wellhead services business, is pleased to announce that Dr Stuart Paton has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Dr Paton brings over 30 years of experience in the energy industry, having held a range of senior positions, including Chief Executive Officer of Dana Petroleum plc and Chair and Non-Executive Director of Getech Group plc. He is a highly experienced company adviser, holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge, and is a Fellow of the Geological Society of London.

The Company also announces that Ms Kunming Liu has stepped down from the Board after 10 years of service. The Board would like to thank Ms Liu for her valuable contributions and wishes her every success in her future endeavours.

Plexus CEO Craig Hendrie said: "We're delighted to welcome Dr Paton to the board. His extensive experience in the energy sector, coupled with a strong track record of guiding UK growth companies in the public markets, will be a valuable asset to Plexus as we continue to scale."
