In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Polar Capital Holdings plc (the 'Company') notifies that:
As at close of business on 31 July 2018, the Company's issued share capital consists of 93,655,541 ordinary shares of 2.5p each, with voting rights ('Ordinary Shares'). This total includes the 10,000 Ordinary Shares issued and announced on 31 July 2018.
The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
Therefore as at 1 August 2018 the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is 93,655,541.
The above figure of 93,655,541 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
