Pollen Street Group Limited (the "Company")

INTERIM DIVIDEND DECLARATION

On 4 September 2024, the Directors of Pollen Street Group Limited declared an interim dividend of26.5 pence per ordinary share for the period ending 30 June 2024 ("Interim 2024 Dividend").

The Interim 2024 Dividend will be paid on 11 October 2024 to holders of ordinary shares on the register as of 13 September 2024. The ex-dividend date is 12 September 2024. As at Wednesday, 4 September 2024, being the declaration date of the Interim 2024 Dividend, the Company had 64,209,597 ordinary shares in issue, of which 1,861,804 ordinary shares were held in Treasury.

In line with the Pollen Street Plc announcement on 9 January 2024 and the completion of the Scheme of Arrangement on 24 January 2024, the Company has reinstated the Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP") previously provided by Pollen Street Plc (now Pollen Street Limited). Therefore, for shareholders of the Company who wish to receive their dividend in the form of shares, the DRIP will be available.

Investors who wish to join the DRIP should complete the Company form which will be sent by post by the Registrar, Computershare. Further details can be found on the Registrar's website here - Dividend Reinvestment Plan (computershare.com). It is important to note that retail holders can elect for the DRIP via the Investor Centre, but the Custodians will only be able to elect via CREST.

The last date for receipt for elections for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 20 September 2024.
