Portman Building Society06 April 2006 Annual Information Update Portman Building Society 6 April 2006 Introduction Portman Building Society (the Society) published its Annual Report on 27 March2006 and accordingly is submitting its Annual Information Update (AIU) to the UKListing Authority as required under Part 11 of the Prospectus (Directive 2003/71/EC) Regulations 2005 (S.I No 324 of 2005) and in accordance with paragraph 5.2of the Prospectus Rules. The Society is publishing the AIU via an RIS today.
