Portman Building Society30 March 2007 Annual Information Update Portman Building Society 30 March 2007 Introduction Portman Building Society (the Society) published its Annual Report on 26 March2007 and accordingly is submitting its Annual Information Update (AIU) to the UKListing Authority as required under Part 11 of the Prospectus (Directive 2003/71/EC) Regulations 2005 (S.I No 324 of 2005) and in accordance with paragraph 5.2of the Prospectus Rules.
