Pennon Group plc (the "Company") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 61.05 pence each on the London Stock Exchange and Multilateral Trading Facilities through Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc pursuant to the share buyback programme announced by the Company on 28 January 2022 which is expected to end no later than 18 March 2022.
