Change to Executive Director Roles
Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11(3), Pennon Group plc announces changes to the role and responsibilities of the company's Group Finance Director, which will take effect from 1 September 2022.
As we work to enact our integration blueprint following the acquisition of Bristol Water, Paul Boote, current Group Finance Director of Pennon Group plc is being appointed to the role of Group Chief Financial Officer for the Group.
Additionally, he will become Chief Financial Officer of Bristol Water plc, and a director and Chief Financial Officer of South West Water Limited. Louise Rowe will take on a new role within the Pennon Group, stepping down from her current position as Finance Director of South West Water Limited.
